What does the title mean....now that is a secret :3
w00t! I finished this JUST in time to post for fanart week XD unfortunately I don't think =somnambulist-x posted his fanart *shakes finger* naughty naughty....
Originally I was gonna draw some game fanart or something from a popular anime...like death note or whatever 9_9 but psh screw that. This is fanart of Xellos the prankster mazoku from The Slayers series. I love that anime so much...its prolly one of the very few animes I'll actually watch over and over again and never get tired of it.
As far as the picture goes.......the amount of shinies and stars kills my brain. 8D
